By using iProTrades, you agree to the following terms.

Platform Role

iProTrades is a marketplace platform that connects homeowners with independent tradespeople. We do not employ tradespeople and are not responsible for the work carried out.

User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate information
• Accounts may be suspended or removed if misuse is detected
• Tradespeople may be subject to approval and verification

Jobs & Payments

• Job agreements are made directly between homeowners and trades
• iProTrades is not a party to contracts between users
• Payment arrangements are agreed outside the platform unless stated otherwise

Reviews

• Reviews must be honest and based on real jobs
• Fake, abusive, or misleading reviews may be removed
• Reviews can only be left after job completion

Limitation of Liability

iProTrades is not liable for:

• Work quality
• Disputes between users
• Losses arising from services provided by trades

We provide the platform "as is".

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
